The values calculated in WP Planer – heat load, seasonal performance factor, electricity use, cost and bivalence point – are based on building and room data entered by the user, as well as regional climate data. The accuracy of the results depends directly on the completeness and correctness of this input data.

The calculation uses the simplified method of DIN EN 12831 and does not replace a code-compliant heat load calculation by a licensed installer or energy consultant. It provides a solid planning basis, but not a binding, building-code- or subsidy-recognized professional design.
